Add Student Ambassador Program page to website

we should create a dedicated page for the Student Ambassadorship Program, that gives the following information on our website.

The nav bar at the top seems like the wrong spot considering there will be cohorts.

There is a part of me that is almost thinking to subdomain this and make it students.blackpythondevs.com

I think if we subdomain it then we can let @Nuel1st manage the cohort rosters and other things.

I think then we put it on the footer and in the about page. Perhaps we also host a programs page that we move the python community leadership summits to.

for a subdomain to work we'd need to create a new repo. will make repo and link this issue

A subdomain seems to be the best approach here. A single page like https://blackpythondevs.com/students feels a bit too minimal for the scope of the student program. Also, the current navigation bar design looks perfect IMO; keeping it clean and uncluttered is especially important for a pilot program. For now, the cohorts section can stay in the footer, as we grow and organize more cohorts, we can revisit moving it up. Overall, this is a really fantastic initiative, and I’d be happy to help in any way.
