Problem / Motivation
New code has been added for computing the axis system for residue level rotation and respectively, UA level translation. This is not yet covered by unit tests.
Proposed Solution
Unit tests for new/updated functions (get_chain, get_residue_custom_axes, get_residue_axes, get_custom_residue_moment_of_inertia) will be added.
Expected Impact
The test coverage will be back to 100%
Additional Context
Added this as a separate changes so that the updated residue axes PR can be merged slightly sooner and is less likely to be affected by changes on main and require re-adjusting.
