"Open File Location" from start menu takes long time (20/30 seconds)

Describe the bug

If done from Start Menu, it take 20-30 seconds for the File Explorer to open.

Doesn't seem to be a File Explorer issue: If i click "open file location" from outside the start menu, it opens instantly.

To reproduce

1. Open Start menu

2. Right-click an item, and choose "Open File Location"

3. It take 20-30 seconds for the File Explorer to open.

4. after clicking an item (2), if any window is minimized (or restored from task bar) File Explorer open instantly.

Expected behavior

File Explorer should open instantly
