Bug report
Deleting a video from Watch History doesn't clear its watch progress for it. I noticed this while cleaning up my history, deleted a video, opened it again later, and it just resumed from where I left off like nothing happened. Same thing if I use "Clear history" in Settings → Privacy, the progress just stays behind for every video.
Steps to reproduce:
- Watch part of a video so progress gets saved.
- Go to History, delete that video (or hit "Clear" the Watch history in Settings → Privacy).
- Open the same video again.
- It resumes from the old position even though it's no longer in history.
Expected behavior: Deleting a video from history (or clearing Watch history) should also wipe the saved progress for it, so it starts fresh next time.
It'd also be nice to have an option to just disable history tracking altogether (toggle in Settings → Privacy maybe), instead of having to keep deleting entries or clearing it after the fact. Not everyone wants this tracked at all.
