A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
when issuing the command '*search entities clear' or '*search items clear' to clear those lists, both commands return in chat that they cleared the block list. functionally the commands work as expected however it should return which list they actually cleared.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
add selections to the search items list or search entities list and use the command to clear the list entirely. it returns in chat that the blocks list has been cleared (this is false) it actually clears the correct list.
