Would be nice to have, in the style of the SwiftXcode templates.
This would need to generate a Package.swift from the Xcode configuration (which now carries the dependency information).
Don't remember whether an Xcode template can configure an aggregate target with a build phase, if so, this could generate a Deploy target.
