[Feature Request]: support eclipse formatter

Describe the feature

i would like to see support for eclipse formatter because google formatter:

a) messes up /// and // formatting used by jbang :)
b) can't be configured with something I can use across all IDE's
c) its what I use in jbang so coupled with #10 could make easy formatting without relying on build specific limits.

Thank you for this feature request. I'd also love to add this formatter to the cli but have not come around to doing it. I'll let you know here when that is the case. (Or please don't hesitate to contribute a PR for this - but beware: I have no idea how complicated or easy this might turn out).
