Build error after linking firestack

I'm getting the following error after performing react-native link react-native-firestack:

Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugResources'.
java.io.IOException: Could not delete path 'C:\Users\######\project\android\app\build\generated\source\r\debug\android'.
