Description Description: Suspend resume operation is blackscreen when external monitor is connected on ThinkPad P16 Gen1 with Intel DG2 GPU.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Install Fedora 38 on ThinkPad P16 Gen1 with Intel DG2 GPU.
Reboot the system.
Connect an external monitor to the HDMI port.
Set to extended desktop.
Suspend the system. --> Keypoint
Resume the system. --> Problem
Actual Results:
Both internal and external monitors are blackscreen with blinking cursor on the internal display.
Expected Results:
Both internal and external monitor should display normally after suspend resume operation.

The problem could also be reproduced on Ubuntu 22.04 with 6.1.0-1007-oem kernel.
The problem could not be reproduced on Ubuntu 22.04 with 5.17.0-1020-oem kernel plus graphics driver installed from Intel repo.
The problem could not be reproduced on ThinkPad P16 Gen2 with Intel DG2.
