Currently we must rely on our own external setup to watch for file changes within BrowserPod, or rely on PreToolUse/PostToolUse hooks within Claude (currently failing, filed a bug separately). Ideally we can subscribe to events within BrowserPod to monitor for file changes and more easily monitor the file system changes.
