Analytics: Project list blur on top of event tooltip

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

The blur for project key list shows on top of the event tooltip

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://modrinth.com/dashboard/analytics
2. Select all projects
3. Turn on "Project events"
4. Find a multi-event with lots of events (so that the tooltip is scrollable, helps if timeframe is "All time")
5. Scroll on the tooltip
6. Observe edge blur from project key list affecting tooltip

Expected behavior

No blur overlapping on tooltip
