An error is displayed in logs when creating a Test Plan on a Runner with a Python Instrument

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have a local Runner with a Python Instrument
Create a new Test Plan on the local runner
Check the logs
Actual behavior
An error is displayed:
