Removes the NetQ-SaaS content from the current DSX Air guide, since NetQ SaaS is being removed from Air:
Deleted the Custom NetQ Node section from Custom-Topology.md and refreshed the OOB System Palette screenshot/alt text.⚠️ version still TBD — set before merge).
Added a What's New entry (
Deleted the JSONNetQExample.png image.
