Delete header files removed from NetHack 5.
Add NetHack 5 header files which were unchanged for NLE.
Add following NetHack 5 header files and reapply NLE mods:
Add
extern.hand apply NLE mods, except forappend_slash(char *)move. NetHack 5 makes this function prototype available in UNIX so move is not needed.Add
tradstdc.has is from NetHack 5. NLE mod to fix bug unnecessary as NetHack 5 fixes it.
