The EUTM application is already public on EUIPO; stating 'registration pending' + the number in our own docs only volunteers the registration gap. Assert the mark confidently: 'OpenDPP is a trademark of Opendpp UAB' (TM, not (R); flip after grant).

Refines the trademark wording from #5: drop the
(EUTM application 019384181, registration pending)detail across TRADEMARK.md + README + NOTICE, asserting "OpenDPP is a trademark of Opendpp UAB" instead.Why: the EUTM application is already public on EUIPO, so 'pending' + the number in our own docs only volunteers the registration gap without hiding anything.
