More clang fixes

Spectral & OpenSubdiv & Curves

Alpha release with several new features:

• OpenSubDiv based triangulation
• Curves
• Spectral raytracing (Hero sampling)

Rework - Aftermath

Huge changes which completely destroys API. Bi-Direct and PPM are not available anymore. Will be replaced with VCM in the future.

New tool prdiag replaces old viewer.

System architecture allows proper use of GPU and other stream based devices (in the future).
