Modify PyROS uncertainty set documentation and solver output log intro

Summary/Motivation:

Following up on #3969 and #3972, this PR updates the documentation of a few uncertainty set classes and the introductory section of the PyROS solver output log.

Changes proposed in this PR:

Update the following:

• Order of arguments gamma and positive_deviation to CardinalitySet.__init__()
• CardinalitySet class dostring, along with descriptions of CardinalitySet.positive_deviation and CardinalitySet.negative_deviation
• IntersectionSet and CartesianProductSet class docstring example writeups
• Introductory section of the PyROS solver output log
• Logging example in the PyROS online documentation, noting that more time and iterations are required due primarily to Fix typo in scaling of PyROS separation objectives #3817
