The cdappconfig.json Secrets embed the image name in metadata.deployments, so assertion files need updated base64 values to match the new clowder-e2e:c4e7d1b image. Also fix test-pull-policy assertion since the tagged image causes K8s to default to IfNotPresent instead of Always. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
