[codex] Clean up CI docs and legacy naming

Summary

• removes legacy TokenSave docs/scripts and stale benchmark artifacts
• updates CI Cargo concurrency behavior and embedded dashboard artifact checks
• refreshes docs and rebrand references for TraceDecay-only naming

Validation

• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo check --workspace on each stack branch
• cargo test --workspace on the top of the stack
