Summary

Removes the legacy Physical GPU Passthrough Environment Preparation guide from the user manual.

The procedure has been migrated to a KB solution article in alauda/knowledge (see knowledge#794), which uses the current NVIDIA GPU Operator cluster-plugin install flow. Per ACP-53455, the original doc is removed from the user manual once the migration is complete.
