Agent-observability docs (SPEC-agent-observability.md §I). - monitoring.md: a "Reading logs and status programmatically" section — the two read actions, the bounded-snapshot contract (tail default 200 / max 1000, 256 KiB byte cap), the previous crash-postmortem flow, the live/ephemeral "not a history store" caveat, and the permission split (status under deployment.get, logs as its own non-public-bindable permission; scoped me.generateToken). - automation/mcp.md: a "Diagnose a failing deploy" recipe.
