Adds documentation for the new Enjin Platform dashboard feature that
exposes the GraphQL request behind any UI transaction.

  • New section "From the Dashboard to the API: View the GraphQL Request"
on the Using the Enjin Platform page (sits between the dashboard and
API options it bridges). Covers opening the popup, the URL / Request /
Variables it exposes, the Copy / Copy as cURL / Execute actions, and
single + batch transaction support, with two screenshots.
  • Cross-link tip from the Using the Enjin API page to the new section.
  • Minor fix: replaced the illustrative REST endpoint on the How to Use
GraphQL page with a neutral example.com URL (it was never a real
    Enjin endpoint).

Document the Platform dashboard's new "View GraphQL Request" feature so
users can copy the GraphQL mutation behind any UI transaction and reuse
it in their app integrations:

- New "From the Dashboard to the API: View the GraphQL Request" section
in Using the Enjin Platform (between the dashboard and API options),
covering how to open the popup, the URL/Request/Variables it exposes,
Copy / Copy as cURL / Execute, and single + batch support, with two
  screenshots.
- Cross-link tip from Using the Enjin API pointing to the new section.

Also swap the illustrative REST endpoint on the How to Use GraphQL page
for a neutral example.com URL (it was never a real Enjin endpoint).
