Overrides: startOrganizationIssueAutofix / getOrganizationIssueAutofixState, submitProjectUserFeedback->listProjectUserFeedback(structural); unified all preprod ops to PreprodArtifact casing and fixed the latest-base singleton to getOrganizationPreprodArtifactSnapshotLatestBase.
