Code Review
This pull request updates the configuration and metadata for the Vision AI API. Specifically, it removes the v1alpha1 API path and the skip_generate flag from librarian.yaml, deletes an unused configuration file, and updates the repository metadata in .repo-metadata.json (including adding an API description and updating the issue tracker link). There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

This supercedes #8634 - the significant change is removing v1alpha from librarian.yaml (not sure why it was included by the migration tool) which makes the diffs much smaller. |
