Allow collections to be transferred to (aka PUT) and from (aka GET) iRODS recursively, preserving the tree structure of all subcollections and contained objects.

All Keywords technically should be relayed to the put and get methods for data_objects ... will test.

Sure - this is very similar... feels like sync would be a superset of this work.
