- jQuery 3.7.1 → 4.0.0（同梱ファイルを差し替え） - jsRender 0.9.83 → 1.0.16（jQuery 4.0.0 対応のため更新） - luxon を CDN 参照から同梱に変更（LGWAN 環境対応、3.3.0） - README のライセンス表記を更新、manifest version を 3.2.9 に更新 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

条件書式プラグイン（conditionformat2）の jQuery を 4.0.0 へアップグレードし、あわせて LGWAN 環境対応のため外部 CDN 参照を全て同梱方式へ統一しました。
