deps: update json schema validator

The validator had two major releases in the last months, and not only are there breaking changes (e.g. I needed to change $refs to $dynamicRefs at some point), but also the overall API changed. I plan to first migrate to 2.x before then doing the (apparently small) step to 3.x.
