Corrects 5 discrepancies found by comparing the features table against the CX MuleSoft on Hyperforce Features Matrix spreadsheet, applying the rule that a Feature GA date of 6/15/2026 maps to Available.

Convert the Runtime Fabric Notes cell into a bullet list across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific tabs, adding xrefs to the local registry, Helm install, and Anypoint Monitoring pages updated for India Cloud, alongside the existing network configuration page. The merge of 'latest' mangled the tabbed features table (mixed column counts, duplicate rows, lost tab structure). Restore index.adoc to the pre-merge version with the three regional tabs and the Enhanced MuleSoft Experience entry. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Reapply the two post-merge table changes that were dropped when index.adoc was restored: convert the Runtime Fabric Notes cell into a bullet list of doc links across all three regional tabs, and remove the Raw Data Download row from Anypoint Monitoring (adjusting rowspans from 13 to 12).
