Changes

  • fix(vocab): correct hotfix regex to match singular form (#10) @nolte
  • feat(project): adopt project-planning suite per nolte-shared specs (#11) @nolte

🧰 Maintenance

  • chore(prose): vale-clean repo prose and extend technical vocabulary (#12) @nolte

Project context

Audiences served
  • nolte/ consumer repositories* → §Vocabulary changes, §Consumer-impact
  • CI pipelines in consumer repos → §Vocabulary changes, §Consumer-impact
  • nolte (primary maintainer) → §Project governance
  • Claude Code agents / skills → §Vocabulary changes, §Project governance
Vocabulary changes
  • technical/accept.txt: corrected hotfixes?hotfix(es)? so the singular hotfix form is also matched (#10, commit 9312af0).
  • technical/accept.txt: four new entries (#12, commit da9eacb): auditability, [Bb]ikeshedding, conformant, discoverability.
  • No removals; no changes to the esphome group; no new vocabulary groups introduced.
Consumer-impact
  • Additive vocabulary changes only — consumers see strictly more accepted terms after vale sync, never fewer.
  • The hotfix regex fix means prose using the singular form hotfix will now stop being flagged. Repos that relied on the old (buggy) behaviour to flag the singular as off-vocabulary should review their assumption.
Project governance
  • First-time adoption of the nolte-shared project-planning suite (#11, commit 5be94b9): added AUDIENCES.md, plus project/ artefacts (goals.md outcomes O-1..O-5, roadmap.md with R-1, mission.md mvp_status:defining, sprint 1 plan, feature F-1, portfolio.yml with two declared capabilities).
  • These artefacts are documentation-only; the shipped nolte-styles.zip package is unaffected.
Open questions
  • No docs/ changes were detected since v0.1.10, so the spec-mandated documentation-only bundle (path moves, removals, new translations) is empty. The repo's actual value flow is asset distribution (nolte-styles.zip) plus governance; consider declaring a custom project type via .github/release-skill-layer.yml for future releases.
