LogiChain360 is an end-to-end smart logistics management platform that solves the single biggest problem in India's supply chain ecosystem: the absence of real-time, verifiable, and tamper-proof data across multi-party logistics networks.
Every shipment milestone — dispatch, in-transit, customs, delivered — is written to the Polygon blockchain, creating an immutable audit trail no single party can manipulate. A real-time dashboard powered by Socket.IO gives all stakeholders live visibility, while n8n automation workflows handle alerts, status broadcasts, and inter-system sync without any manual intervention.
Built as an applied systems prototype at HackNova 2026, LogiChain360 directly engages with India's PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan — the ₹100 lakh crore initiative to integrate infrastructure planning across 16 ministries and eliminate the estimated ₹14 lakh crore annual logistics inefficiency cost.
