User reported that global networking is not supported in some regions. Added Note callout to make this limitation more explicit in the documentation, since the existing table only showed supported data centers without explicitly noting that other regions lack support.

@Promptless Add colon not semicolon

Global networking is only available in the data centers listed below. When deploying Pods that require global networking, select a supported data center.
