Relocate the Markdown renderer and its CodeBlock dependency out of the chat-mini.chat-react fragment into mime.view.markdown (the markdown viewer's proper home) and export them from its public barrel. wiki.view.react and mime.view.markdown now import Markdown from @statewalker/mime.view.markdown instead of @repo/chat-mini.chat-react, removing the workbench->apps reverse dependency so the chat-mini fragments become a cleanly extractable leaf.
