v2-libjob to the Ruby workflow runningv2/ruby's new RSpec suite: codec/frames/negotiator/window (~96% line / ~88% branch) + the conformance runner over the local seed corpus. The cross-impl corpus runs in terminalwire/protocol's interop matrix. Verified locally: 73 examples, 0 failures.
