feat(ui): add quick WOT filter button and expand scanner results list

• index.html: Added new #btn-quick-gas-filter to the main toolbar.
• ui.js: Hooked the new button into updateDataLoadedState for proper enable/disable toggling.
• entry.js: Added openQuickGasFilter() to globally trigger the math modal and pre-select the 'gas_pedal_filter_batch' formula.
• style.css: Applied flexible max-height (40vh) to #scanResults to prevent excessive scrolling when anomaly scans return high event counts.
