docs: correct team member invitation instructions#727

Adding a team member sends an invitation email and creates a pending member who joins after accepting the link in the email — not a direct add. Updates the Teams page to match the actual console behavior.

Fixes the Teams and Users page (
common/account/teams.mdx, "Add/Remove Team Member" section), which incorrectly stated that adding a team member does not send an invitation and that members become members directly.
