I lead a delivery business unit at a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company serving US and EU clients, and I stay hands-on as an engineer. My work sits at the intersection of backend architecture, AI agentic tooling, and product delivery. I care about systems that are correct, observable, and maintainable, not buzzword-driven.
